DESCRIPTION & COMPOSITION

Great house with plenty of room! Marvelous view from the balcony and terrace.
Situated near a small village: Höje. River KLarälven is one step away from the house. Also the forest is on walking-distance.

In the village is a biological shop and bakery. Larger supermarkets and restaurants on 10 km in Munkfors.

In the house a living room with corner-couch, seats and old farmer-furniture. Downstairs 2 bedrooms, upstairs one large bedroom with bureau. Also well-equipped kitchen, dining-room and shower-room with toilet.

Plenty of opportunities to enjoy the Swedish nature: fishing, boating and swimming in the river within walking distance Klarälven. Hiking and mountain biking in the woods around the house! There is a bike path Klarälvsbanan constructed from Karlstad to Hagfors. Unique in Sweden! Besides a nice bike ride you can also enjoy skating.

Through Tourist Information (10 km) are several natural discovery tours to book: moose or beaver safaris, husky ride, mushroom-discovery, learning one travels by raft or kayaking. License obtained from the neighbor. Mariebergskogen Amusement Park in Karlstad. Closer: beautiful houses, gardens and art, summer activities Ransäter, husky farm and several museums. Golf course at Rada at 10 km.
