DESCRIPTION & COMPOSITION

This apartment is nestled in a quiet area surrounded by mountain pastures, just outside the city centre of Rokytnice nad Jizerou. Rokytnice is one of the most important holiday towns in the Giant Mountain range. The infrastructure of the town has been enriched with: restaurants, self-service shops, sports shops, tennis courts, a sports hall, information centre and banks. This apartment is located on the ground floor of an apartment complex with 4 apartments. Parking is near the door and inside the house there are no thresholds, so the house is very suitable for lesser-able persons. All rooms have floor heating. Around the house there is a common garden with a bench, fireplace, table tennis table, playground and private trout pond. The owner lives in the same house but respects your privacy. There is a bus stop 300m from the house. An excellent place to enjoy the beauty of the Giant Mountains and numerous points of interest in the area.

This apartment has no thresholds. In the living room there is a large kitchen area, sitting corner and dining area. The kitchen is equipped with a bench, large storage space, table model fridge, 4-burner electric cooker, electric kettle and coffeemaker. The dining area has a table and four chairs. In addition, there is a large L-shaped couch and a TV. Between the kitchen and living room lies the entrance to the bathroom, which is equipped with a separate sink, corner shower and heated towel rack. There is also a separate toilet. There are two bedrooms, both furnished with 1 double bed. This is a modernly decorated and fully-equipped apartment.

CADRE DU LOGEMENT ET ACTIVITÉS

The main places of interest in Rokytnice are St. Micheals Church and the beautiful town hall. Both Dolní náměstí (lower square) and Horní náměstí (upper square) are very lively because of all the shops, restaurants and other facilities. Near Rokytnice there is the old mountain house of Dvoračky and the Huťsky River, which falls 50 meters in a long drop. There is a dense network of walkways that go by almost all of the holiday areas. Across the summits of the Giant Mountain range there is a 40km long tourist road called the "Krkonoše Magistrále" where you will see beautiful taverns built of wood and painted in bright colors. Some are enriched with nice carvings. The museum of Paseky (11km) is dedicated to wooden musical instruments and the Giant Mountain range. In Vysoke nad Jizerou (11km) there is a museum dedicated to the first ski club of Middle Europe. The holiday resort of Harrachov (16km) has a glass museum, a historic cable car, numerous sports facilities and the nearby Mumlavský vodopad falls. You can drive to Spindlerův Mlýn (40km) along the Labe (Elbe) River. There you'll find a a special attraction: a 4km-long summer toboggan slide. In Vrchlabí (26km) you will find beautiful traditional wooden houses and a castle built in baroque style. There is also a zoo. The city of Liberec (45km) has some beautiful 17th century wooden houses, the St Antonius Church and a beautiful town hall modeled after Vienna’s town hall. 300m from the house you will find a variety of restaurants where you can end the day with a good and fair-priced meal.
