DESCRIPTION & COMPOSITION

Parga - a city in the change of times. The idyllic small town Parga with its now 2500 inhabitants through-lived an eventful history till it found to its current contemplative way of being which attract annually visitors from many Countries.
Certainly this peacefulness is limited to the hot hours of the day, because as soon as the sun oes down in the red waters of the ionic sea, their places and lanes, which bends the slopes from the port high-climbs, awake to the life.
"La Scala". Built in 2003 the 12 comfortable Apartments on a small hill above the city invite you to come to Greece. Here you can sit under one of the many olive trees and perfectly enyoy the nice view above the City, the sea and the Castle of Parga.
TYPE A (six studios for two persons)
Each studio comprises a bed-cum-livingroom with a double bed or two single beds, kitchenette (fridge, 2 hotplates, coffeemachine, cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery), shower/ WC and a balcony.
AIR CONDITIONING
TYPE A1 (two studios for two to three persons)
The same like type A, but a bigger room with an optional bed for a child and an own balcony on the side of the building.
AIR CONDITIONING
TYPE B (four apartments for four persons)
Each appartment comprises a bedroom with a double bed or two single beds, a living room with a convertible sofa (140x200), kitchenette (fridge, 2 hotplates, coffeemachine, cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery etc.), shower/WC and a balcony.

CADRE DU LOGEMENT ET ACTIVITÉS

Parga is misschien wel de leukste plek van Epirus. Alhoewel de toeristische invloeden duidelijk te merken zijn in dit pittoresk stadje, blijft Parga iets speciaals uitstralen. Het stadje is erg gemoedelijk en gezellig. Parga is ligt tegen een klein berghelling en het uitzicht van boven op de heuvels is magisch. De terrasjes zijn prachtig en er zijn heel veel kleine maar leuke winkeltjes. De stranden zijn erg mooi en schoon.
