DESCRIPTION & COMPOSITION

In the Tuscany of France, in the department 'Lot' we offer 3 elegantly restored holiday homes situated on a beautiful 20 ha estate in a nature reserve. All 3 houses are located in a private valley surrounded with oak woods, ancient roads, sunflowers and lavender.
Besides the romantic farmhouse "Grady" (12p) with private pool and the cosy turret house "La Garconniere" (4p) there is the marvellous gîte "La Bouteille dans le Bois" (6p) with use of the large swimming pool belonging to the country house.

The house has large terraces with magnificent view and is entirely on the ground flour. The house is spacious, with large living and dining room joined together with an open kitchen. There are 2 large bedrooms, each having their own bathroom (2 showers, a bath and 2 toilets).
All rooms have French doors with access to the south-oriented terraces and there's a large covered terrace next to the living room. The house has been entirely and luxury furnished, with washing and dishwashing machine, satellite TV with all Dutch and several English stations, central floor heating, wood stove, grill, sufficient garden furniture, etc.. Cots and baby chairs are available while supplies last (for the 3 houses together).
The large swimming pool is situated at approx. 200m. from the house.
In low season extra low prices. Have a look at our own website with plenty of pictures and a link to the detailed price list of all 3 the houses. However, for the time being the English and French version of our own website is not yet up to date.

CADRE DU LOGEMENT ET ACTIVITÉS

The sloping scenery is magnificent for various trips. You can pay a visit to the caves, do some horse-riding, hiking, cycling, canoeing, gliding or parachuting. You can play golf (even at our property), tennis, etc. - too many to mention it all.

On Google Earth fly to:
Bouteille, 46800 Valprionde. and you will get a good impression of the surroundings and find many pictures of the property.

For those who prefer dining heartily, we have an extended list with restaurants at your disposal. This region has a history that goes way back, having numerous ancient fortified towns, forts and castles. Our property is situated at the edge of the wine region of Cahors. Small places to visit in the neighbourhood are Montcuq, Montaigu de Quercy, Lauzerte en Tournon. Larger places at approx. 30-40 min. are Cahors, Montauban, Agen en Villeneuve sur Lot.

LES PRIX ET PÉRIODES

The house is available all year long and is supposed to be left clean upon departure. If desired final cleaning is possible at a charge. Deposit: 200 €. Electricity will be charged separately, heating is included. Towels and bed linen to be brought along, rental is possible while supplies last.
