DESCRIPTION & COMPOSITION
This wonderful chalet is located in the really old peasant village Govedartsi in Bulgaria. In the middle of the vast fields and the Rila Mountains you can experience an authentic adventure. On the village square under the shade of the big old trees the inhabitants enjoy their coffee. Or later in the afternoon their vodka. The terraces are among the few bars that the town is rich for. Each day is a joy to see the ritual of the shepherds, to see the cattle leaving in the morning and to come back in the afternoon. The chalet is located in Govedartsi. Govedartsi is the third largest ski resort from the Borovets. The village is located 1100 meters above sea level and has around 1800 inhabitants. It is located 66 km south of Sofia, 20 km west of Borovets (20 minutes drive) and 10 km southwest of Samokov (10 minutes drive). In the town of Samokov are restaurants, shops and the market. There are 1001 possibilities for a wonderful holiday in Bulgaria. For active or full rest.
This comfortable chalet is suitable for up to 6 people and is located on the ground floor. The total (residential) area of the chalet is approximately 52 m². The format is as follows: a cozy living room with sliding doors to the garden with fixed barbecue. The living room is equipped with a TV, DVD player, CD player, a comfortable sofa and chairs. Furthermore, the bungalow has a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, toaster, coffee machine, ceramic hob, combi microwave, dishwasher, kettle and full establishment for these persons. The chalet also has two bedrooms (one in basement) with two wonderful box spring beds, a bathroom with toilet and shower, half bath with separate toilet and sink. The comfortable couch in the living room is a luxury sofa bed for 2 persons. Outside is a spacious garden. In the house are detergent, dish washing brush, dish cloth, kitchen linen (2 set of tea towels and towels) coffee, tea, sugar, milk, coffee filters, spices, toilet paper, garbage bags dish washingtablets.

CADRE DU LOGEMENT ET ACTIVITÉS
The Rila Mountains in the west of Bulgaria is the highest mountain in the Balkans. The highest peak is the Moesala (2925 meters). The Rila National Park is located 100 km south of Sofia and is the largest national park in Bulgaria. It is the highest and most centrally located in the mountains Rilagebergte. In the park live (rare) wild animals such as bears, wild boars, deer, falcons and eagles. Also there are historical cultural sites from which Rilaklooster (UNESCO, World Heritage List) is the most famous. The monument is an example of the Bulgarian Renaissance, symbolizes the Slavic cultural identity following centuries of occupation and oppression. The Rila Mountains has beautiful nature and two of the largest rivers in Bulgaria flow around: Iskar and Msarista. The area is well developed and mountain houses, holiday villages, sports and health centers can be found here. The Rila Mountains offers many opportunities for activities such as walking, cycling, mountain climbing, horseback riding, fishing and bird spotting. Along the road to Sofia is the large lake Iskar where you can enjoy a summer swim. You can also try out various water sports such as waterskiing and wakeboarding. In the winter you can go skiing in Borovets. This is the most touristic ski resort with 18 ski runs (total length of 60 kilometers). Modern 6-person gondola takes you to the top of the mountain Musala. An excellent equipped ski (skiing to 2560 meters) in the midst of lovely pines. Here you're regularly in the white wonder world that too often seems reserved for scenes on postcards. A cozy après-ski is guaranteed! The ski season starts from mid December to late April. Malyovitsa is a beautiful, wooded area and the site is designated for nature lovers. This beautiful mountain is 2730 meters high and has made available 5 ski runs. A real Bulgarian ski resort where the local people also enjoy a day of skiing.
