DESCRIPTION & COMPOSITION
Les Doyards Bungalow Park is quietly situated on a lake of 14 ha. From the houses you have a magnificent view of the lake or "pyramid". Children are free to frolic about and cycle around as the park is almost entirely traffic-free. It is easily accessible by car (via the E25 or E42) but can also be recommended to travelers by train as the railway station is only 100 meters from the park. You can walk to the city center with its many small shops. The neighborhood of Les Doyards offers the possibility for trips, sports and entertainment to suit every taste. In winter ? when there is snow- it is an ideal place for skiing, sleighing and cross-country skiing. The restaurant at the park offers a broad choice of meals- ranging from snacks to more sophisticated dishes. It is also possible to order take away dishes to enjoy at the accommodation. The terrace of the restaurant is a good place to try a regional beer while watching the kids play on the big playground. The lake and its surroundings also provide a lot of other options for recreation: water cycling, fishing, cycling, walking, hiking or just lazing around on the grass. The gym offers: tennis, basketball, volleyball and football. There is also a sauna and solarium. Other sports options in the neighborhood include: mountain biking (rental at 400 m), horseback riding in Mont-Le-Soy, kayaking on the Amblève, miniature golf and of course winter sports: langlauf ski-runs and skiing in Baraque Fraiture (only 15 km from the park). There are different rental periods valid in some cases. Check conditions to view the exact period.
This apartment is suitable for up to 4 persons. The (living) area is circa 28 m². It is very neat and has a living room, double bed couch, TV, dining area and a completely equipped kitchenette with a four-burner stove, extraction fan and refrigerator. There is a bedroom furnished with two single beds. The bathroom has a shower and toilet. From the balcony you have a beautiful view of the lake or pyramid. Apartments on the ground floor do not have a balcony. Patio furniture is available and the apartment is electrically heated.

CADRE DU LOGEMENT ET ACTIVITÉS
Vielsalm is a fantastic location right in the middle of the rugged terrain of the high Ardennes - ideal for outdoor sports activities. Bèche-Fa is a wooded area which is perfect for wonderful mountain biking tours. You can go horseback riding and cross-country skiing in Mont-Le Soy. Or what about adventurous hiking or walking tours along the Salm River? Here you will also find: the Archéoscope du Pays de Salm; the Musée du Coticule; an ostrich farm; and Baraque de Fraiture with its ski and cross-country ski runs as well as snow scooters. The famous water fall of Coo (for kayaking) is not far away either. There are lots of events organized in and around Vielsalm: in February, ice-skating in the gym of the bungalow park; carnival parades in Malmédy and Stavelot; 20 and 21 July the witches festival and fireworks; and a Christmas fair or the market in Vielsalm (2x p/month). Children are free to frolic about and cycle around as the park is almost entirely traffic-free. The new playground is very nice for smaller kids, older ones can go water cycling or do sports in the gym. Additional activities for kids include: ?Houtopia? the children?s? world in Houffalize; Chlorophylle in Dochamps: the woods as you have never seen them before; the zoo of Aywaille; the grottos of Remouchamps; the Telecoo Amusement Park and the wild park of Domaine du Monti. Vielsalm is situated in the northern part of the Ardennes. The villages are full of tourist and cultural attractions. Discover the beauty of the Ardennes with the help of 200 km of marked hiking and cycling trails.
