DESCRIPTION & COMPOSITION

New apartment with balcony, located at the quiet side of the Turkish Riviera.
A 100m city park separates the flat form the sea. Shops below the flat and in the direct neighborhood. You can make use of the pool (with slides) from the hotel nearby, which is confirmed by the owner in writing. The beach is very well accessible trough a tunnel underneath the road.
Division: living room with new kitchen accommodated with cooker, fridge, combi microwave oven, dish washer. Modern shower cabinet, bedroom with fitted wardrobe, entrance hall with built-in cupboard and washing machine inside. Up to 3 sleeping facilities in the bedroom, extendable with 2 (on a sofa bed) and 2x1 in rest chairs. Air-conditioning in the room and bedroom.

Obvious activities are sunbathing, swimming in the sea and plunging in the swimming pool.
Other possibilities are: sports on the beach, cycling, boat trips on the Mediterranean Sea, boat trips on the river, rafting on the river, walks in the direct surroundings. Or hire a car, motorbike or jeep at very cheap rates to make a tour to the inland. At night you can go to a restaurant in the centre or enjoy the nightlife in Alanya. There's a weekly market in the centre (at 500m distance).

In these building are apartments for sale as well. Should you consider to buy one yourself but you are not yet convinced, it might be a good idea to first rent an apartment for 2 weeks or a month. Afterwards you can still decide to buy or not. We spend the winter ourselves in one of the apartments and are at your service for further advice should you need any.
