DESCRIPTION & COMPOSITION

<p>Situated among beautiful natural surroundings, just 3 km from Lake Taud in Arad County, lies the village of Camna. This cozy village is an oasis of peace and quiet, far from the noise and stress of the city, but still only 55 km from Arad. We offer two houses in the same yard, one suitable for eleven persons, the other for five. The garden contains a 3000 m2 lawn, children's pool, playground with sandbox, Indian house, tree house, swings, flying fox, covered hillside terrace and an entertainment room perfect for organizing parties. There is also a parking area for five to six cars.</p>

This accommodation is suitable for five persons and has been ideally furnished. The ground floor contains a living room with a fireplace and sofa; the kitchen; and a bathroom with a toilet, bidet, sink and small washing machine. There are two additional rooms in the attic, each with two single beds, a toilet and a small sink. Hot water is supplied by an electric boiler. Heating is provided by the fireplace in the living room but electric heaters are also available upon request. In the garden you will find two grilles, a summer kitchen with a large covered terrace, a playground for children with a sandbox, Indian house, tree house, swings and flying fox. A covered hillside terrace is also available, as well as an entertainment room ideal for organizing parties. The parking area can accommodate 5 to 6 cars. In addition, two adult bicycles, two children's bicycles and two ATV's (one for adults and one for children) are also available.

CADRE DU LOGEMENT ET ACTIVITÉS

<p>Splendid bike rides, walks through the neighboring woods and mushroom-picking are all possible thanks to the beautiful surroundings. Guided ATV tours can also be arranged upon request. Don't miss the opportunity to visit Lake Taut which is just 3 km or a 40-minute walk away. The lake offers great swimming, fishing and water sports possibilities during summer. Camna is also known as a hunting area for amateurs. Local hunters can be contacted for those interested. Fresh, locally grown produce, as well as local culinary specialties are also available here, including: fresh sheep cheese, lamb meat, goat and cow milk, eggs, vegetables, fruit from our own orchard, as well as a very strong but good brandy.</p>
