DESCRIPTION & COMPOSITION

This new holiday park is situated between the hillside and the beautiful Salland IJssel Valley. This is a wooded area with lots of beautiful nature. All bungalows are newly built and have a sense of style and quality. This bungalow park is unique in the Netherlands. It is a park where everyone can relax comfortably and, if necessary, have access to several care facilities. There are also homes in the park which have been specially adapted for the disabled. Besides these modifications there are special facilities and extra care facilities available upon request. Moreover, there is a nurse available. This ensures that disabled guests enjoy a carefree stay in the park. In the park you can walk along the creek or the quiet pool where fish can also be found. The park has a small central building where the reception desk is located. Owing to the central location of the park you can find something worthwhile to see in every direction. Estates, forests, sand dunes, the IJssel River, the Regge and De Vecht and, of course, the National Park De Salland Heuvelrug are all nearby. The cities of Deventer and Zwolle are not far away either. The distance from the park to the center of Heino is 1 km. Here in the center you'll find supermarkets, restaurants and everything you need.

This detached luxurious bungalow is suitable for up to 6 persons and is situated on a large plot of around 600m2. The total (residential) area of the bungalow is approximately 100 m². The format is as follows: hall, separate toilet, spacious living room with sliding doors to the terrace and an open kitchen with a fridge/freezer, gas stove with wokbrander, hood, hot air oven with microwave, dishwasher and complete dinnerware for the above mentioned number of guests. This typical rural bungalow, with its rustic window shutters, is located on the ground floor and has a luxurious bathroom with a sauna and whirlpool. Moreover, in one of the two double bedrooms, both with sinks, you will find a solarium with 26 lamps and extra facial tanner. In the living room there is a comfortable box spring bed for 2 persons and a cozy wood-burning stove. The living room has a color TV with remote control, comfortable furnishings, DVD player, CD player with tuner, dining area and a sitting area. All apartments are luxuriously furnished and have a large terrace with a parasol and sufficient garden furniture. The bungalow has a parking space for one car. The layout / furnishings of the homes can differ. In this house you can order the following optional services: shower handles and movable handles. CADRE DU LOGEMENT ET ACTIVITÉS

Just a short distance from the Heino park you'll find a small friendly village with 8000 inhabitants, where you can do your daily shopping or enjoy a snack or drink. From Heino the cities of Zwolle and Raalte (shopping facilities) are only 10 minutes away by car and you are also just 20 minutes from the beautiful Hanseatic city of Deventer. The park is quiet and your room makes a great escape from the hustle and bustle of the day. There are a number of cycling and hiking routes here which lead along beautiful farms in an authentic country setting. South of the park you will see the varied farmland of the IJssel Valley. North of the park forests begin which run to Dalfsen and Ommen Salland on the hillside. West Salland in the center of Heino (Kerkplein) is also worth a visit. The favorable location of the park lends itself well to visiting museums and other attractions in the area. On the edge of Heino you'll find the heated outdoor swimming complex of "The Tippeligaen". This facility has three pools and multiple game objects. You can also visit the indoor swimming complex of "Tijenraan" in Raalte (5 km). This complex has several pools as well as excellent facilities. Further excursions in the area include: Hellendoorn Adventure Park; the covered children playground in Bal-lorig Wijhe; Dolfinarium in Harderwijk; the Castle in Nijenhuis Heino; and Holterberg Nature Diorama in Holten.
