DESCRIPTION & COMPOSITION
Comfortable holiday rental (102m2 surface), 4**** rated.
The house has all required comfort and is located in a quiet leafy street close to the shops, beach and the National park. The house has 3 bedrooms, each with 2 beds. If required a 7th bed is possible, 2 cots are available as well. Also at your disposal: a beach wagon, pram, buggy and children's wagon to put behind your bike.
There's a large, enclosed garden partly for joint use. The house and garden are child-friendly and are accommodated with toys, sandpit, etc. All bedrooms have hot and cold running water. The house has its own central heating and is set up ecologically sound with both a solar water heater as well as 51 solar collectors. There are some bikes at your disposal, you also have free access to a fast internet connection.
There are 2 parking places for our guests.
In the house is much information available for hiking, biking and other leisure facilities in the north of Holland. The IAMsterdam Card for free museum visits, boat tour, public transport etc. in Amsterdam can be purchased with us.
In combination with our other rental on the site ("Egmond – Vakantie"), this accommodation is very well suited for 2 families or groups up to 13 people. It is possible to have diner with 13 in 1 house.

CADRE DU LOGEMENT ET ACTIVITÉS
'Egmond aan Zee' is a family sea-side resort with fabulous shopping street, some nice squares and a lovely promenade with the lighthouse Jan van Speijk. The beach, the sea and the dunes are at 550m from the houses.
'Egmond aan Zee' has 23 km of lovely beach as well as 23 km North-Holland Dune Reserve where you can walk and cycle for hundreds of kilometers. It has a beautiful hinterland. With 14 km you are on the Westfriese Omringdijk (Cycling tour of 126 km).
'Egmond aan den Hoef' lies at 2 km, 'Egmond Binnen' at 5 km and Bergen at 10 km distance.

The house can be rent throughout the year.
The rental period is 2 weeks at minimum during summer, 1 week during mid-season and no minimum during low-season.
Rental price for 1 weekend (3 nights) and a midweek (4 nights), starting from €214.
Final cleaning: €. 30,--
Tourist taxes: €. 1,30/person/night
