DESCRIPTION & COMPOSITION

Nestling in the heart of Umbria these delightful and recently refurbished properties offer outstanding accommodation on 9 acres of land with easy access to the local sights and sounds. Set in their own grounds with olive groves, vines and delightful rose walkway, each property has its own private terrace and barbecue facilities with infinity pool. For children there is a climbing frame, trampoline, sand box and table tennis.

The Farm House is a stunning 3 bedroom restored Umbria Stone farm house with accommodation over 3 floors. The property has its own private entrance and grounds. There is a vast open plan area with a luxury fitted kitchen and large sitting area. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 with king size beds and ensuite bathrooms the other with 2 single beds. The property also has a utility room with washing machine and a study with a comprehensive library of books, DVDs and CDs and a sofa bed which that can accommodate 2 extra guests.

The Pig House is a delighful small property with accommodation on a single floor with Japanese style sliding doors to a private terrace. This also has its own private entrance and grounds. The property has an open plan kitchen area with fitted hob, oven, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. The large sitting area contains a TV and DVD player. The two bedrooms in the property contain kingsize beds and both have luxury ensuite bathrooms. There is a washing machine in the basement of the property.

Both the Farm House and the Pig House come with towels, luxury cotton bedding and fans for all rooms.
The owners villa is also on the same land but are accessed by a sepearate entrance, please note you will have sole use of the pool.

These properties can be rented seperately or as a group and offer luxurious style and comfort.

CADRE DU LOGEMENT ET ACTIVITÉS

The grounds of the property boast a stunning gated infinity pool (15m x 7m) surrounded by luxury sunbeds, a gazebo and a shower. Pool towels are provided at all of the properties. There are even pool toys should you ever get bored of the stunning views. There are many other outdoor facilities including a sand box, trampoline, climbing frame and table tennis. Bikes are also available for you to enjoy the glorious countryside and tennis raquets for the courts nearby.

The property is just 10 mins walk away from the picturesque medival town of Bettona with local shops, bars and restaurants.

Assisi, Perugia Todi and Lake Trasemino (beaches and water sports available) are less than half an hour drive away and Orvietto and Spoletto just 45 mins.

There is good train access to Rome, Florence and beyond.
