DESCRIPTION & COMPOSITION

This spacious holiday rental is located in the heart of the picturesque village Isola di Compiano in the Taro valley in the Apennines. The entire house is at your disposal.

The accommodation has a garage, a small but sunny garden, spacious kitchen with dining area, living room, bathroom with shower/toilet and two large bedrooms. The views from the living room and bedroom are marvelous, overlooking the Apennines Mountains.
The kitchen has a gas stove, refrigerator with freezing compartment, coffee maker and a kettle. The living room has a TV and DVD player. The washing machine is available in the garage.

CADRE DU LOGEMENT ET ACTIVITÉS

Isola di Compiano is located in the Apennines Mountains with mountains of approximately 1800 meters high. It lies at the foot of the medieval walled town Compiano with one of the many castles in the area.

The cottage is situated approximately 100 meters from the River Taro, the beach of this river lies at 2 km distance. During summer there are several snacks to buy at the beach. A public swimming pool can be found in the nearby town Bedonia at 3km from Isola di Compiano. Bedonia has a market on Saturday. The market in Borgotaro is on Monday and very much worth a visit.

Should you prefer a day at the beach, we can recommend the Lerici sea-side resort at 1 hour drive from Isola di Compiano. Close to Lerici lies Cinque Terre, famous for its five villages which are on the UNESCO World Heritage List since 1997.

LES PRIX ET PÉRIODES

The house is available as from Saturday, April 23, 2011. Water, gas and electricity are included. Linen has to be brought along. The house will be found tidy and clean, we expect you to return it tidy and clean as well, so the guests after you can enjoy a nice and clean house as well.
