DESCRIPTION & COMPOSITION
This particular holiday park is situated on the island of Elba, next to the small airport. This means you can be at the park within a few minutes, courtesy of the free airport transfer. The finest and most famous sandy / pebble beaches of the island are easily and quickly accessible by car: in the south, the Gulf of Marina di Campo, Cavoli and Fetovia, and in the north, the Gulf of Marciana and La Procchio Biodola. The central location of the park ensures that the main villages and picturesque hiking routes are also easily and quickly accessible. A short distance further you can find discos, bars, restaurants, video arcades, a fitness center, riding stables and thermal baths. The park has a big green garden with a pool and a tennis court. In addition to the facilities of the park there are also kids clubs (baby club), entertainment programs, a supermarket, bar and restaurant plus a common barbecue area nearby. You also have the possibility to rent bicycles, cars and motorbikes on the island.

This ground-floor apartment has an area of approximately 36m² and can accommodate up to 6 persons. The apartment has one bedroom furnished with a double bed, a living room with two double sofa beds, a corner kitchen, a bathroom, TV, telephone, air-conditioning and private terrace. There is also garden furniture. The kitchen contains a gas cooker, fridge / freezer, microwave and Italian coffeemaker. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, bidet and hairdryer. The living room has a safe. This is a comfortable and modern house which has been restored and is entirely furnished.

The island of Elba is the largest island of the Tuscan Archipelago. Around the island you will find several smaller rocky islands which are also included in the Tuscan Archipelago. Elba consists of a succession of beautiful landscapes. The coast has a length of 147 km and is a great place for diving. In addition to the natural beauties - such as the sea and more than 10 km of beaches - there are many possibilities for spending your day including boat trips, visiting museums and local churches, horseback riding, a variety of water sports, fishing, golf and hiking.
