DESCRIPTION & COMPOSITION

A traditional stone farmhouse with private patio area sleeping 11 plus 2 cots.

A large dining kitchen with open log fire. A separate sitting room containing comfortable sofa and chairs with English TV channels, video and DVD player. There is also an arriere cuisine with 2nd sink, dishwasher, automatic washing machine and fridge/freezer. Downstairs WC/shower room.

The first floor consists of a large bedroom with French double bed, a cot and antique wardrobe, a twin room with French beds and an oak armoire, a small child's room with single bed. Also a bathroom/WC.

On the top floor are two large bedrooms, one with a double bed and cot and one with four single beds. There is also a bathroom/WC.

Oil fired central heating and logs available in low season.
There is garden furniture and a barbecue. The house is surrounded by fields belonging to the owner.

CADRE DU LOGEMENT ET ACTIVITÉS

The property is situated within 10km of several long sandy beaches where water sports and beach sailing are available. There are horse riding stables for instruction and riding on the beach. The surrounding countryside is quiet and peaceful and suitable for cycling.

There is also plenty of walking and hiking available. Canoes and Kayaks can be hired in the nearby town of St. Sauveur le Vicomte. Most of the local towns have weekly markets and there are plenty of good resturants in the area serving both the traditional French cuisine and more international food. There are 3 9 hole golf courses close at hand and and 2 18 hole courses within a 45 minute drive.

LES PRIX ET PÉRIODES

The property is available all year round and the only extra to pay would be if the hire of bed linen and towels were required at an additional cost of 10 euro per head.
