DESCRIPTION & COMPOSITION

Rural Apartment is as it’s name implies: a beautiful rural apartment, suitable for 4 adults plus a child. It can be rented along with Pool Villa which is on the same site in Daya Nueva, on the Costa Blanca. These accommodations are surrounded by citrus trees and centrally located with respect to the golf courses and sandy beaches. This destination offers fun and relaxation for persons of all ages. The accommodation includes a furnished garden terrace. Children can have fun on the common playground or swim in the swimming pool (4.50 x 9.50 x 1.30) of the villa (the pool is open from March 30th until September 30th). There is also an area for volleyball, football and badminton. The beach of Guardamar is just 10 minutes away and offers even more water fun. There are also numerous walking and cycling possibilities in the area. The salt lagoons are a true paradise for wildlife enthusiasts. There are cultural excursions as well. The complete Pool Villa makes an excellent base for numerous activities in southern Spain. If you are traveling with a group of up to 13 adults and 2 children, you can also rent the Pool Villa (BN48915). You will then have a complete accommodation. This apartment has a private entrance, kitchen, shower and toilet. Rural Apartment can accommodate up to 4 adults plus a small child, with a total area of 35m2. The apartment has a beautifully decorated dining room and a living room with a TV and DVD player. The kitchen is equipped with a coffeemaker, 4-burner gas oven, microwave, electric oven and freezer. Dinnerware, cutlery, etc is sufficient for 5 persons. There is one bedroom furnished with a double bed. The living room has a 2-seat sofa. It may be possible to add an extra baby bed.

CADRE DU LOGEMENT ET ACTIVITÉS

Guardamar is situated at the mouth of the Segora River, near Daya Nueva, and has beautiful beaches and dunes with wonderful hiking trails. Guardamar offers a number of opportunities for water sports enthusiasts. Guardamar also has a nightly tourist market, a fairground and a beautiful dune playground! In August, there are Moor celebrations in Almoradi. Spain was once occupied by the Moors and liberation from the Moors is commemorated by this summer event. Definitely worth seeing! For golfers, there are lots of choices in this region. In Ciudad Quesada, Algorfa and Orihuela Costa there are 4 golf courses. Guardamar is especially nice from early January to April because everything is green, with many beautiful flowering plants in the wild. The Palm Garden of Elche is a real winner. Around the 10th century the Arabs established a settlement on the current site of Elche and proceeded to plant palm trees. Now there are more than 300,000 palm trees in Elche - an exotic sight! The palm trees may not be cut down. Palmera is a UNESCO World Heritage site. The cities of Alicante and Murcia should also be visited while on holiday at this beautiful villa in Daya Nueva!
