DESCRIPTION & COMPOSITION

This beautiful villa with private swimming pool is located 5 km from the cozy center of Lloret where you can find shopping facilities and restaurants. The boulevard of Lloret, with its cozy cafes and the beautiful, recently created beach of Lloret de Mar, is about 6 minutes away. The accommodation is wonderfully situated between green hills overlooking the lush valley and the sea. The apartment lies on a cul-de-sac, so there is little traffic. On a distance of 1 kilometer you find a square with 2 restaurants, a supermarket, bus stop and a playground. For the children (also for adults) there is the World Water Amusement Park, just 3 km away.

The villa is suitable for a maximum of 8 persons and is equipped with all the modern conveniences. The accommodation has 4 bedrooms, 3 bedrooms are furnished with 2 single beds and 1 bedroom has a double bed. There is also a child's bed in the villa. There are two bathrooms each with a shower and bathtub. There is a large living room complete with satellite TV and DVD player. The kitchen is equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and bread maker. Next to the living room and kitchen there is a large terrace with a private swimming pool of 4 x 8 meters. The terrace has furniture and offers a wonderful view of the sea. There is also a table tennis table and a volleyball net on-site. This accommodation is equipped with a safe.

The Costa Brava with its beautiful beaches is not only an ideal place for sun lovers, but also for people who enjoy hiking and mountain biking. Hiking and mountain biking route information is available from the local tourist information agency. These routes meander along fantastic places like Arbucies in the hinterland of Blanes. Another wonderful mountain bike area can be found in the vicinity of Montseny. Would you like to take a day trip to Barcelona? This city is less than one hour away by car. Barcelona is also accessible by subway from Blanes. The trainstation from Blanes is located on 7 km. A visit to the famous street of Ramblas and the Sagrada Familia are a must! Near Barcelona you will find the Montserrat monastery. This monastery is situated in the mountains and is especially known for its devotion to the wooden sculpture of La Moreneta, the Black Madonna. In Figueres you can visit the Dali Museum. Girona is only 30 km away from Lloret. For those who love diving, you can enjoy your favorite sport in the vicinity of the Medes Islands, off the coast of Pals. The enchanting underwater world of coral lies at a mere depth of 20 meters. Here you can also see more than 600 animal species. Moreover, bigger fish such as the school shark and other types, can be found here.
