Detached private villa with pool, offering the ultimate in tranquility with beautiful surroundings, views of Montgo mountain and only 10 minutes drive from the beaches and nightlife of Javea. Villa Clarinda is a well appointed, self catering property with an attractive, level landscaped garden in a peaceful location. The shaded terrace and barbecue area overlooks the secluded 8 m x 4 m pool, which is surrounded by ample sunbathing space. The villa is offered fully equipped and includes all necessary linen, towels, cooking utensils and crockery, together with outdoor furniture. In short, everything that is needed for the perfect, relaxing holiday. For golfers there is the added bonus of Javea Golf Club being only 5 minutes drive away.

Villa Clarinda is located at the foothills of the mountains within easy access of Montgo National Park and 10 minutes drive from Javea with its blue flag beaches, shops, bars and restaurants, historic old town and attractive fishing port. There is a wide variety of sporting facilities available locally including golf, tennis, water sports, diving, sailing, horse-riding etc. Within a short drive are many charming villages with their outside markets and wonderful local fresh produce and crafts. There is an abundance of excellent reasonably priced restaurants in the area, serving both traditional Spanish dishes and international cuisine. The Javea area enjoys the record for the highest hours of sunshine per year than any other place in Spain.

The nearest airport is Alicante, approximately one hour's journey from the villa. Collection and return can be arranged if required, as well as details of discounted rates for car hire.
On arrival you will be met by our local agent who will be just a phone call away during your stay if needed.
Being located in a quiet, residential area this villa is unsuitable for unaccompanied groups of teenagers.
