DESCRIPTION & COMPOSITION
This lovely villa with heated private swimming pool has 3 seperate units suitable for 12 persons. The villa is located in Monte y Mar in Gran Alacant and has as aditional option wireless internet. The villa has Dutch and English tv channels. You have a magnificent view from all terraces to the bay of Alicante.
DESCRIPTION:
This villa is suitable for 12 persons. There is a nicely furnished living room and it has a sleep couche for 2 persons, air-conditioning/heating, Dutch television, video, DVD, radio and CD player. There is an open kitchen fully equiped with oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge and washing machine. There is a bed room with a double bed, a bathroom ensuite, a bedroom with 2 single beds and a bathroom with shower and toilet.
Upstairs there is a living room with a sleep couche for 2 persons and a small kitchen with fridge, electric cookingplate, washing machine, and microwave. There is a bath room with shower, toilet and basin. There is a large roof terrace with magnificent views.
At the ground floor there is a large apartment with living room with air conditioning/heating, Dutch television, DVD, Video, Radio and CD player. A fully equiped kitchen with electric cookingplate, fridge, dish washer and washing machine. There are 3 bed rooms, 2 with a double bed and 1 with 2 single beds. There is a bath room with bath, toilet and basin. A seperate toilet is present. The garden has a big terrace from which you also have magnificent views at the bay from Alicante. The apartment at the ground floor is weelchair friendly. Behind the villa there is a heated swimmingpool. You can use the Jacuzzi which is suitable for 6 or 7 persons. On top of all this luxery, the villa has wireless internet which you can use in and around the house.
ADDITIONAL In the villa: filtered water, washing machine, dish waher, microwave, oven, coffee maker, air-conditioning/heating in all rooms, radio, DVD player, Video, CD player, Dutch television,Jacuzzi and garden furniture.

CADRE DU LOGEMENT ET ACTIVITÉS
Gran Alacant is situated north of the fishing port Santa Pola and only 10 km from the city of Alicante. The international Airport by Alicante, El Altet, is on a 8 km distance (but is not in the flightpath). Gran Alacant is situated at the sea and has different urbanizations. In the area of the Carabassi beach with sand dunes there are green belts, the nature reserve El Clot and a nice boulevard. In Gran Alacant you will find restaurants to suit every taste, bars, bodega, internet cafe, banks, bakery, newsagent, library, health centre, police, small supermarkets, post office and sport fields. There is a shopping mall with larger supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacy, clothes and shoe store etc in the area. There are bus stops to take you to the nearest towns.
There is also a train which drives through Gran Alacant and takes you from the beach to the shopping mall and back. Only 10 kilometres away you will find Alicante city with a beautiful boulevard and a number of discotheques, ideal for young and old. Alicante, the capital of the province, is the centre of the Costa Blanca with its beaches and international Airport. It has a wide industry, busy harbour, nightlife, excellent gastronomy, white beaches, beautiful sea promenade and a culture historic architecture. So a very interesting city that offers a lot for everyone.
The fishing port of Santa Pola is 5 km south and worth a visit for it's farmers market, fish auction and salt lakes. From here you can catch the ferry to th

LES PRIX ET PÉRIODES
ENERGY COSTS Energy costs are 0,20 euro per KWh.
An electricity meter is installed from which the start and end status can be read. The amount to be paid will be settled from the refund of the deposit.
RESERVATION COSTS: 25 euro CLEANING COSTS: 135 Euro DEPOSIT: 500 Euro You can rent bed, bath and kitchen linen or bring it with you.
Price: 10 euros per person.
You will receive 1x bed linen, 2 large towels and 2 small towels per person. Per house 1 bath math per bath room and 2 kitchentowels, 2 teatowels and 2 cloths. If you want to rent the linen you should indicate this with your reservation.
