DESCRIPTION & COMPOSITION

This nice, free-standing apartment is located 12 km north of the city of Trutnov, in the forested mountain landscape of the Giant Mountains. The entrance to the 1st floor is from the hill. The owner lives on the ground floor and fully respects your privacy. He has his own entrance on the other side of the house. You have your own fenced garden with fruit trees. The apartment includes a spacious balcony with a staircase which leads to a small breakfast terrace. From there another small staircase leads to a large, tiled terrace with furniture and a fireplace and grill. The accommodation has a heated swimming pool of 8 x 4 x 1.10 m. You can use the common computer that is connected to the Internet, or connect your own laptop by means of ADSL. The house also has an enclosed parking area which can accommodate 4 cars.

The open kitchen is equipped with a 4-burner ceramic cooker and electric hot-air oven, a microwave, toaster, bread machine, juice press, and normal Senseo coffeemaker, kettle and refrigerator with separate freezer. In the spacious living room there is a sitting area with two comfortable chairs, a large dining area, another sitting area with four chairs and a sofa (2 persons), a satellite TV with video and DVD player, radio and CD player and a wood-burning stove. And there's even a Wii computer, where you can spend lots of active hours. The three bedrooms are each furnished with a double bed. Upon request a children's bed and a child seat is available. In the spacious bathroom there are two sinks, a shower, toilet, laundry drying racks and a hair dryer. The laundry room contains a washing machine, spin dryer, iron and ironing board. The building has a separate living room with games and a TV for rainy days. Here you have the possibility to smoke. The house has central heating. Altogether a very comfortable house for 6, up to 8 people!

CADRE DU LOGEMENT ET ACTIVITÉS

The biggest attraction in nearby Mladé Buky (500 m) is the 9-hole golf course. It is situated in a wonderful place and is well-maintained. Other activities in the area include: the natural outdoor Mladé Buky in Trutnov and a swimming pool with a large slide. In Cerny důl (14 km) you can go para-sailing. In Spindlerův Mlýn you can enjoy the summer bobsled run. A great feeling! There is also a monkey park (in the trees like Tarzan- go from one tree to another via a cable car), and the possibility to fly with a huge cable car. Anglers can also have fun: buy a fishing license in Trutnov (12 km) and then go fishing in the rivers and lakes in the area. Play golf, go swimming, hiking, or mountain biking- just some of the possibilities available in this area. Particularly of interest for young people is the open-air festival in Trutnov. Held every year, this is a rock event comparable to Woodstock. There are plenty of attractions to see: in Harrachov a glazier workshop and glass museum; the caves of Boskov (60 km); the village of Kuks (20 km) is known for its baroque palace. There are so many nice places to visit! Mladé Buky has a real downtown, where you can go out. You can visit nearby Trutnov- a cozy place with nice terraces. Many restaurants are here and the quality of the meals is excellent, not to mention the price! Trutnov, Černý Důl, Rudník (7 km) and Mladé Buky also have good restaurants. A guarantee for a successful holiday!
