DESCRIPTION & COMPOSITION

Statek Otradovice is a 13th century farmhouse which was completely renovated in 2008 / 2009 to bring it up to Western standards. It has since been deployed as a private hotel for small groups (up to 30 persons). The complex has been integrated with a versatile small farm that produces organic products. These farm products are only sold to private individuals or served in the restaurant. The location is ideal for individuals or small groups who would like to enjoy a peaceful holiday along with all that southern Bohemia has to offer. In addition to the apartments, suites and rooms, the complex has a restaurant and shop plus a game room with pinball machines, pool table, etc. The swimming pool is a natural pond which is only available for guests. There are two patios with a BBQ available, as well as a bread and pizza oven and smokehouse meats for those who would like to try it.

This luxurious apartment was built in 2008. The finish and interiors are of a very high standard. The entrance and hall are accessible via a wide staircase located just outside the apartment on the first floor. The living room has a lounge and dining area. There is a satellite plasma TV with DVD player and Sony PS3 for gaming, music, internet and Blueray DVDs (movies and games are available for rent on-site). The open kitchen is fully-equipped including an an electric cooker with ceramic hob and oven, extraction fan, toaster, microwave, coffeemaker, kettle, dishwasher and fridge / freezer. One bathroom has a shower and toilet the other a bath, shower and toilet. The two bedrooms are each furnished with two single beds that can be seamlessly joined together. Both bedrooms have lying and standing wardrobes plus a chair. A crib can be added (free) upon request. The separate laundry room has a washing machine, ironing board and iron. The whole building is centrally heated with wood pellets while the hot water is heated electrically.

CADRE DU LOGEMENT ET ACTIVITÉS

The neighboring woods and fields are ideal for hiking and cycling (bicycles can be rented on-site) while 5 hectares of fishponds provide the opportunity to fish for carp and pike (catches can be processed in the restaurant of your choice). Horseback riding is possible at a friendly farmhouse, which also organizes horse and carriage tours (a restored Landau from about 1900). Golf is possible 20 km away, near Benesov. Votice, 2 km away, is the closest town and has an ATM, shops and restaurants. Prague is 60 km away and can be reached within an hour by car or 1.5 hours by train or bus.
