DESCRIPTION & COMPOSITION

This villa in Medulin is another way of saying high quality tourist accommodation coupled with a picturesque landscape.<br>The apartments are situated in a quiet area, yet still near the center of Medulin. It is ideal for families with children or for couples seeking relaxation.<br>This modern tourist accommodation is perfect for discovering the nearby beaches and unspoilt environment.<br>The apartments of the villa are surrounded by trees and flowers and are located just 10 meters from the sea. These fully-equipped apartments are suitable for two or four persons and all offer a view of the sea.

This exclusive ground-floor apartment has a total area of 75 m2. There are 2 bedrooms furnished with double beds and two fully-equipped bathrooms with showers. From the room and terrace there is a beautiful view of the sea. There is heating and air-conditioning in the separated dining and living room which also contains a radio and satellite TV. Kitchen equipment includes sufficient kitchen utensils and tableware for the number of guests, a refrigerator and cooker.

The picturesque town of Medulin, situated on the southernmost part of the Istrian Peninsula, is one of the most popular tourist destinations in Istria. Today Medulin is one of most developed towns in Croatia and is, together with its citizens, fully-oriented toward two things: modern tourism and traditional fishing. You will spend your holiday in the atmosphere of the unique bay of Medulin with its 12 islets and lovely beaches surrounded by pine woods. <br>The sports possibilities in Medulin are surely one of its main assets. Six turf football fields, an athletic track, a discus and shot-put circle, long jump and high jump area, the possibility to rent a bike and visit all the nearby sites, a gym and a 14-kilometer-long track are just some of the reasons to spend your holiday here. Obviously, other sports have not been forgotten either. In Medulin there are eight tennis courts, three beach volleyball courts, six diving centers, horse centers…<br>There is also the fabulous promontory of Kamenjak- a little protruding part of the continent immersed in the blueness of the Adriatic Sea for 9 kilometers. It offers 30 kilometers of well-indented beaches which are considered some of the most beautiful in the Mediterranean.<br>The uniqueness of this area was known even in ancient times as evidenced by the fact that during the Roman Empire people used to spend their holidays here.<br>
