DESCRIPTION & COMPOSITION

This apartment is located on the outskirts of the village of Maria Alm, in the immediate vicinity of the ski slopes. The apartment is situated next to the elevator on the second floor. From the balcony you have a wonderful view of the mountains. Opposite the apartment you will find the Hinterreit ski lift. The center of the cozy village of Maria Alm is 15 minutes away on foot. There are several shops, restaurants, a bakery, supermarket, a ski school, gondola, outdoor and indoor swimming pools and a sauna in the vicinity. You'll also find the transportation office. During the peak season there is a staff which offers programs for children as well as provides childcare. Leogang is located about 8 km away and Zell am See is about 15 km away.<br><br>

This apartment can accommodate 4-6 persons. It has a spacious living room with a dining area and a wide, typically Austrian sitting area with 3 different chairs and a sofa bed for 2 persons. The TV is equipped with BVN (Best van Vlaanderen en Nederland) and a DVD player is also available. For the cold winter evenings a variety of games are available. From the living room you have direct access to the furnished balconies from where you have a wonderful view of the surrounding area. In the hall you will find a folding bed for one person. The kitchen is fully-equipped including an electric stove with 4 hobs, a sink, refrigerator, dishwasher, mini-oven and microwave. Crockery and cutlery for 7 persons is also available. The bathroom has a tub, toilet and sink. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, one furnished with a double bed, the other with a bunk bed. Cupboard space is sufficient. Bed covers for 7 persons are available (optional), as is a cot and a highchair if needed.

CADRE DU LOGEMENT ET ACTIVITÉS

Marian Alm is very centrally located in the province of Salzburg, and is thus an excellent starting point for excursions in the area. For example, what do you think about a visit to the Krimml Waterfall, ice caves, a natural park or an amusement park? In Saalfelden (<5 km) you will find a summer toboggan run of 1.6 km. Zell am See, with its beautiful lake, is located only 15 km away. Kaprunn 15 minutes away has a summer ski slope. If you are looking for an active holiday, then Maria Alm is the place for you. The Urslautal 18-hole golf course (1 km away) is one of the finest golf courses in Salzburg. Mountain bikers who are looking for a challenge are certainly at the right place at Bike World in Leigang (<8 km) as well as in the many mountains in and around Mary Alm. In Mary Alm and its vicinity there are also opportunities for tennis, mini-golf, archery, Nordic walking, rafting, fishing, hiking and swimming. In the center of the village there is a gondola which brings you to the top of the Aberg. From here you can go on spectacular walks. For the children there are even walking paths with questions and tasks.<br><br>
