DESCRIPTION & COMPOSITION

The mild climate and rich sunshine of the southern Alps create the perfect environment for your undisturbed holiday. The bungalow, which lies at an altitude of 1,200 meters, is situated on a plot containing a beautiful garden complete with outdoor furniture. This large (65 m²) and comfortable apartment for 5 persons is connected to the cottage. The green surroundings provide plenty of space to unwind. The house and garden lie in an absolutely quiet location yet are centrally located, being only 150 meters from the center of the town. In the vicinity of the house there is a shopping center, a bank and the St. Kathrein spa center with its thermal spa and outdoor pool. There is another thermal pool in the village. This spa dates from the Roman period and is located at the entrance to the Kaiserburgbahn chairlift. From March to June and from late September to November you can get an all-inclusive offer for the mountain railways of Bad Kleinkirchheim (12.03.2011-27.03.2011).

This romantic 65 m² apartment, suitable for 5 persons, has 2 bedrooms (double and triple), a rustic living room including satellite TV, a bathroom with toilet and a kitchen complete with dishwasher. Kitchen and bed linen as well as towels are provided. You can get a crib for your baby upon request.

Charge the peaks with the mountain train, relax at the Roman or St. Kathrein spas, play golf (the 18-hole golf course here is one of the most renowned in Austria) or enjoy any of the many family-oriented destinations in the Nockberge region. The tradition-rich holiday and health resort of Bad Kleinkirchheim offers 1,000 km of marked and groomed trails, over 40 well-prepared mountain bike trails, 25 tennis courts and 2 riding arenas - everything your heart desires! For nature lovers the Nockberge is sure to be an unforgettable experience. The 35 km long Nockalm Road is an extensive hiking area (of the park) with a myriad of well-marked trails for cars, motorcyclists and cyclists. A trip to the city of Villach with its many spectacular events and cultural highlights is also absolutely worthwhile, as is the Porsche Museum in Gmünd, the Bonsai Museum and Fishery Museum in Seeboden (with a 7,000 liter aquarium), Millstӓtter Lake or Ossiacher Lake.
