DESCRIPTION & COMPOSITION

<p>This beautiful and spacious accommodation (550 m2) is located in the charming village of Züschen, 6 km from the tourist resort of Winterberg, in the Sauerland. With its mountains, this is one of the most beautiful areas in Germany and makes a great place to enjoy hiking and mountain biking (in the bike park). In Winterberg you can take a look at the panoramic bridge or try the climbing ropes, go-kart racing or do a bit of shopping. The area offers a variety of activities including golf, flying, water sports, horseback riding, and much more. For everyone in the group there is something out there that is sure to be attractive.</p>
The accommodation comprises two apartments spread across three floors. Thus there are two living rooms, two kitchens, seven bedrooms, three bathrooms and a game/ smoking/ relaxation area that includes a sauna, solarium, massage chair, air hockey table and a dart board. There is a spacious sun terrace and a garden to the rear plus 20 private parking spaces. There is a garage for storing bicycles and motorcycles. Upon request you can use the Internet. There is a satellite TV with Dutch channels (standard package).
<p>The property is situated on a shopping street and lies within walking distance of several restaurants and bars. There is a bakery in the village so every morning (also on Sundays) you can buy delicious fresh baked bread. There is also a supermarket, pizzeria and several restaurants and bars here.</p>
For a successful active holiday, this is the place where you can really feel at home.

<p>This spacious, smoke-free property (completely rebuilt in 2010) comprises two apartments spread over three floors. The house has been tastefully decorated, everything is neat and it is fully equipped with items such as a dishwasher, oven, widescreen TV and laundry. The beds are wonderful, you'll never want to wake up!</p>
On the ground floor there is a large, fully-equipped kitchen with a microwave, oven, dishwasher, electric stove, refrigerator/freezer, various chairs and dining tables, a large flat-screen TV and a bar with stools. There are three bedrooms: one furnished with two bunk beds, the second with a double bed and the third with two bunk beds and a single bed. Next to the bathroom with shower, toilet and washing facilities, there are two separate women's and men's restrooms.
<p>In the basement there are two bedrooms: one furnished with four single beds the other with a double bed. There is also a bathroom with shower and toilet plus a separate laundry room with two sinks. There is even a playroom with games, drawing / craft facilities, an air hockey table and a dart board. For physical relaxation there’s a sauna, solarium and massage chair.</p>
The fully-furnished first-floor apartment has a kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave and refrigerator/freezer, a sitting/bedroom furnished with a TV and double bed, and two bedrooms, one with three single beds the other with two bunk beds. There is also a bathroom with a shower, toilet and washing facilities. For additional adults, a rollaway can be added. Cribs / cots can be reserved at the time of booking.

CADRE DU LOGEMENT ET ACTIVITÉS

<p>This accommodation makes an ideal destination in every season, with something for everyone. Once the snow gives way to the greenery, it is a paradise for hikers, cyclists, motorcyclists (there is enough storage room for any motorcycle) and parasailing. You can take a variety of day trips to beautiful castles, fortresses, caves and reservoirs.</p>
Walking, Nordic walking and Nordic blading is excellent at the Nordic Walking Arena of Winterberg: a network of 6 trails for Nordic walkers and 600 km of trails for hikers. There can be steps in many places. The illuminated route of Kurpark Winterberg is truly unique. Here you can hike or walk up to 10 hours at night with the artificial light – perfect for the darker days of year.
<p>There is a complete network of continuous cycling and mountain biking routes through the Sauerland. The cycling route often leads into the forest, sometimes on the road. A hybrid or mountain bike is highly recommended. Bicycles can be rented in Winterberg.</p>
Bike Arena Sauerland comprises 1400 km of marked mountain bike trails with a variety of difficulty and length. These routes without signs are from 79 to 132 kilometers long and run through the attractive scenery of the region.
<p>For insiders the Sauerland, the land of a 1000 hills and a 1000meandering streams, is one of the best areas for motorcyclists. Particularly popular are the numerous reservoirs in the Sauerland region, where some famous biker meetings have been held.</p>
In the vicinity there are several riding schools. They offer several options for horseback riding and so you can enjoy the environment under the guidance of an experienced rider.
<p>Gliding, paragliding and ultralight flying is possible above the mountains. At the Ultralight Flying School in Winterberg tandem flights can be made.</p>
The larger reservoirs in the Sauerland region are a great place for water sports. These include the Agger, Bigge, Henne, Diemel and Eder. Here you can rent boats and equipment. These are all fairly close. You can also swim, sail, windsurf, row, canoe, dive or take a cruise. If you come with your own boat or board, then a (inexpensive) local surf or sailing license is required. Generally motorized boating is prohibited. Yet water-skiing is possible on the enormous Edersee (around 25 km away). Rafting can be enjoyed in the spring on the larger rivers like the Agger, the Eder, the Lenne and the Ruhr.In the hills of the Sauerland, Oberbergische Land and North Hesse you will find beautiful golf courses. Some are only for club members with handicaps (Herdringen castle), others are open to the public. Golf courses are also located in Winterberg, Attendorn-Niederhelden, Brilon and Schmallenberg-Winkhausen.
<p>Kart Bahn Niedersfeld / Neuastenberg Winterberg will give you a kick. Here you will find an outdoor and two indoor go-kart tracks.</p>
