DESCRIPTION & COMPOSITION

This holiday resort situated in a beautiful hilly area on the outskirts of the friendly village of Schwalefeld, close to Willingen, has 5 modern apartments. From here you can reach the center of Schwalefeld in just a few minutes' walk. The famous ski and spa resort of Willingen is about 2.5 km away. This is a perfect place for a holiday: in summer for example you can enjoy (Nordic) walking, tobogganing and mountain biking. Or you can choose to take an excursion to some of the beautiful villages in the neighborhood with their wonderful half-timbered houses. After a day outdoors, you can enjoy a delicious healthy snack and drink at one of the cozy restaurants and bars in the vicinity. Back at the house, the garden is a great place to be on those beautiful summer days!Within walking distance of the holiday house there is a ski slope, ski school and ski equipment rental for those fantaastic winter days.

CADRE DU LOGEMENT ET ACTIVITÉS

The Type 3 apartment has an area of approximately 76 square meters and offers sufficient space for up to 7 persons. This neat apartment is furnished to the desires and comfort of today and has a large lounge with dining area, telephone, satellite TV and CD player. The kitchen is separate from the living room and is fully-equipped including a modern dishwasher, microwave, oven and refrigerator. There are 2 bedrooms. Each is furnished with 1 double bed, in one bedroom there is also a sleeper seat (one person) and there is a sofa bed for two persons in the living room. The 2 bathrooms each have a shower, toilet and sink. There is also a washing machine and dryer. The apartment has either a balcony or terrace complete with furniture. You can park your car in the parking lot located in front of the house or you can rent a parking place. Pets are not allowed. You can order delicious sandwiches via the sandwich service.
