DESCRIPTION & COMPOSITION

Typical Luz Bay villa in Praia da Luz only 100 metres from the beach and the shopping centre. Very spacious villa in the Rua Direita, the main street of Praia da Luz.
For a family with more children the ideal place to be for a acceptable price.

CASA DA LUZ is well situated for ecploring the Western Algarve, with its wonderful coastal landscape, hidden beaches and traditional inland villages.

ACCOMMODATION AND FACIITIES:
Villa sleeps 8 in 3 bedrooms on the ground floor. One bedroom has 4 beds and the other 2 each with 2 beds. There are two bathrooms, one with bath and the other with shower.
Upstairs is the large livingroom, the big kitchen and the sun terrace overlooking the ocean. In the lounge are sufficient seats for 8 persons and a dining corner. There is satellite TV and a music centre, open fire place.
The kitchen is very well equipped with a washing machine. dishwasher, micro wave,
big fridge etc.

CADRE DU LOGEMENT ET ACTIVITÉS

PRAIA DA LUZ the sun drenched southwestern part of the Algarve offers a nice sandy beach, guarded in summer and safe for children. It is a small resort which means that all facilities are easy walking distance within the town centre. The town has all the required amenities which include: post office, bank, busstop, cash dispending machines, internet cafe, several supermarkets, restaurants and terraces, pharmacy and a good medical centre.

If water sports are your preference, there are two centres at the beach providing everything from banana boat rides to sailing lessons and fishing excursions.Facilities at or near Praia da Luz include scuba diving, water-skiing, windsurfing, microlite, horse riding and of course golf. There are four golf courses within a twenty minute drive.
Swimming pools and tennis in the vicinity.

Praia da Luz is close to the historic town of Lagos, with a cosmopolitian marina and great shops.

LES PRIX ET PÉRIODES

CASA da LUZ is available for your holiday from 1/1 to 31/12 every year. We advise to book early to prevent disappointment.

The rates are in euro per week (8 days/7 nights) and based on a occupancy of 2 persons. If there are more persons in your party there will be a small surcharge for every person above 2. Please ask for the exact rate.
The rates include use of gas/water/electricity, cleaning and all linen. The housekeeper will come every week and will change the bed linen. Bath linen will be changed 2x weekly.
The final cleaning and tourist taxes are also included.

During the period 1/11-31/03 gas and elctricity are not inclusive.

For longer stays in winter there will be a special rate for a minimum of 4 weeks stay with 2 persons. Please ask for the details.
