DESCRIPTION & COMPOSITION

These accommodations are located in a fantastic holiday park situated right on the coast of the beautiful region of Lazio, in central Italy, between Naples and Rome. The complex is just a few meters from a long sandy beach. This beach is ideal for families with children due to its fine sand and gently sloping water. Within the (fenced) private stretch of beach, you have an umbrella and two beach chairs at your disposal. This family-oriented park is located in a wooded area and consists of 100 bungalows and a camping area. The park is surrounded by a large garden consisting of oaks, poplars, eucalyptus and various plants which are typical of the Mediterranean landscape. This bungalow is situated at a distance of only 20 to 350 meters from the beach. On the beach you’ll find a pub and restaurant / pizzeria with a nice view. In the restaurant you can enjoy regional culinary specialties and various themed evenings such as buffet and barbecue nights. It is possible to book breakfast or half board (breakfast and lunch or dinner) for a reasonable price. At the complex you can arrange activities such as water sports or rent surfboards and canoes. You can go kite surfing, surfing and take sailing lessons on the beach. Facilities of the park include a beautifully situated (large) pool with water games, a playground for children, a cinema and an amphitheater where during July and August the entertainment team provides various activities and programs each evening (such as dancing, live music, shows, cabaret and concerts). In terms of sports the possibilities are more than sufficient to meet your needs. There are two tennis courts, a volleyball court, basketball court, table tennis table, bowling alley, video games and a big skate (board) park. Next to the reception you will find a supermarket, tobacconist, newspaper stand, fruit shop and bar. You can rent bicycles on site. You can also use a common laundry room with washing machines. Upon request the reception staff can book a variety of trips including to the nearby Pontine Islands (Ponza, Palmarola, Zannone, Gavi, and Santo Stefano Ventotene). The holiday park has its own parking area.

This small studio bungalow is suitable for two to four persons and has an area of about 16-18m². The living room contains a kitchen equipped with a 4-burner stove, refrigerator, Italian espresso machine and dining table with chairs. The dining / living room has a bunk bed (or two single beds) plus a double bed. There is a bathroom with toilet, sink and shower. This bungalow is just 20-30 meters from the sea. Some bungalows have a direct view of the sea. All apartments are equipped with a TV and private terrace.

CADRE DU LOGEMENT ET ACTIVITÉS

Located midway between Rome (139 km) and Naples (129 km) this accommodation makes an excellent base for a visit to the nearby cities of Sperlonga, Terracina, Latina and Gaeta as well as the Pontijense Islands. Only 20km from the complex lies the splendid Circeo National Park. This national park provides a refuge for rare species such as peregrine, kingfishers, sea eagles, cranes, flamingos and spoonbills. Circeo is also the site of many important prehistoric and archeological finds. It is also a paradise for nature lovers and hikers. Terracina is just 8 km away and is older than the city of Rome itself! The town consists of a modern and a medieval center and is located on the hillside so you can enjoy a magnificent view. In this pleasant coastal town you will find cafés, shops and restaurants. The massive walls and the foundation of the port date from the Etruscan era. Gaeta is a fortified old town located some 22 km from the holiday complex. The historic city center is located at the tip of the little peninsula of Mount Orlando. At the top of Monte Orlando there is an old building dating from the year 22 BC. From here you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the Bay of Gaeta. Another interesting excursion is to the old city of San Felice in Circeo (24km from the complex). The discovery of the skull of a Neanderthal here (in a cave) showed that this place has been inhabited since prehistoric times. The numerous caves are accessible from land and by sea. Legend has it that this town was inhabited by the beautiful sorceress Circe, the daughter of the powerful sun god Helios. When Odysseus, during his travels to the island, of the sorceress Circe came, his friends were mesmerized by her in pigs. From the top of the mountain, the summit of Circe, you have a wonderful view of Sperlonga, Gaeta cape, the Rocche di Ninfa and beautiful Pontine islands. Some examples of festive events taking place in the environment: in May, the Feast of San Silvani, where you can listen to good music and eat and drink local products in the cozy Italian company. Furthermore, in May there are organized cycling tours through the Circeo National Park. June is the month of folk festivals like the “Infiorata Itrana” when 200 meters of roads are completely covered with flower petals representing images from the Bible. During July and August you can participate in numerous cultural activities such as antique fairs and international festivals (Festival of Figs, Fish Festival, Sabaudia Jazz Festival).
