DESCRIPTION & COMPOSITION
In our house we rent 2 spacious, charming and comfortable apartments with cable TV, hifi and free internet access (for a laptop) in each apartment.
Apartment 1 (sleeps 4-7 people). Nice living/kitchen with dining area, 2 bedrooms (1 with an additional single bed), separate toilet and bathroom.
Apartment 2 (sleeps 2-4 people). Nice living/kitchen with sitting area/sofa bed, 1 bedroom, separate toilet and bathroom with shower. Extra baby bed is possible.
The kitchen is fully equipped and has a dishwasher, stove with oven, hood, microwave, fridge with freezing compartment, water cooker, coffee maker, toaster, mixer, etc.
Included are bed linen and towels. For the children there a games, books and CD's available.
At request we supply you with a baby bed, highchair, a nappy wrapper, baby phone, etc.
All apartments are non-smoking. Smoking is allowed on the balcony though, which is accommodated with seating.

Excellent location to spend your winter or summer holidays.
Marvelous location in the large ski resort of Amadé. Only 10-30 minutes by car from St. Johann-Alpendorf, Wagrain, Dorfgastein-Grossarl, Mühlbach am Hochkönig and in the neighborhood of Saalfelden, Zell am See, Kaprun etc. Next to the house is a luge run.
Numerous walking possibilities in the direct surroundings: 350km of pleasure alongside the Salzburger Almenweg. With the 'Salzburger Land Card' you get more holiday for less money! Free access to more than 190 places of interest and attractions in the entire Salzburgerland. The card can be obtained directly with us.
Three natural lakes and 1 recreational swimming pool in the direct neighborhood. The famous Liechtensteinklamm (gorge) lies at only 30 walking minutes from the house.
Experience the world with all of your senses; caress our pets and stick your nose in the fresh hay. This smell combined with the artisanal made food will surely stick in your memory. Unity with nature and family atmosphere are our major concerns.
For our little guests, we have a pen next to the house with goats, mini sheep, rabbits, guinea pigs as well as 2 ponies, cows, calf, cats and chicken. Our playground with playhouse, slide, sandpit, swing, ping-pong table, many children's carriages en large lawn with giant trampoline offers plenty of possibilities for the children to romp around.

The apartments can be rent throughout the year.
Apartment 1: price mentioned is for 4 people. Each additional person is charged at 6 euro/night.
Apartment 2: price mentioned is for 2 people. Each additional person is charged at 6 euro/night.

As from 5 nights, tourist tax and final cleaning (30 euro) are included in the price.
During high season, change-over day only possible on Saturday.
