Holiday luck for children - The country house lies in Fusch-Zell am See to the Glocknerstrasse, the world-famous Grossglocknerhochalpenstrasse in the heart of the Nationalpark Hohentauern. The Best snow-safe skiing areas Zell am See, Kaprun or Saalfelden are reached in 10- 20 minutes. The house has a basement, ground floor and first floor. Optimal isolation outside, as well as an aluminium roof keep the house suitable for the winter. The fully automatic central heating keeps it warm. It offers: 3 living kitchens-big one with dishwasher and danish oven- 3 WC,4 baths and shower - 9 sleeping areas with double, three and four bedrooms, the garden is 2200 m2 large.
You can rent the whole house or the seperate appartments from 5 Pers. up to 14 persons. In the south a blocked brook limits the property.private swimmingpool, playground, basketball, garage for bikes.

The situation of the house is as follows: best European-sportregion for skiing, Salzburgerland region Pinzgau, Fusch to the Glocknerstrasse, restaurant 50 m. local centre with purchase possibility 300 m. Environment: Zeller lake, Salzburger country, European haven region, skiing area European haven region, Hohentauern, Kaprun in the winter: To the free ski bus it is approx. 100 m, to the Areit mountain railway in Zell am See 10 km. To Kaprun glacier course (ski-drive possible nearly the whole year) it is 15 km. In Fusch there is a small ski elevator for beginners and children and a slide area, both in the evening well-lit. Cross country passes directly the house. In the summer: swimming pool at the house opposite to the Zeller lake 10 km.
