DESCRIPTION & COMPOSITION

On the edge of the village lies the apartment "Bahnwirt", being part of an elegant complex with 4 separate apartments. The luxury and modern apartment (125m2) with sauna lies on the ground floor.
It offers accommodation up to 8 people and has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Apartment Bahnwirt is very well suited for a group of people looking for activity and cosiness, but having different interests such as skiing, cross-country skiing and walking.

The 4-room apartment is suited for 2-8 people and lies on the ground floor. You can park your car in the car park, where you have a reserved parking place. From the car park you have access to the joint hall that leads to your apartment. The hall also gives access to the ski room with heated shoe rack.

You enter the apartment into a room, where you can leave your coats, gloves and shoes in the walk-in closet. Separated by a glass wall you enter the hall which gives access to the separate toilet, bedrooms, bathrooms and living room with open plan kitchen. The entire apartment is floor-heated.
The modern kitchen has a large fridge and freezer, microwave combination oven, dishwasher and a separate cooking island.

There's a large dining table with bench and 5 chairs to enjoy your meals. You can watch TV or relax by the fire place while sitting in the comfortable corner seat (which can be turned into a double bed). The house is very luxuriously furnished with plasma-TV, DVD player, audio equipment, satellite with Dutch channels and wireless internet.

All 3 bedrooms have double beds (which can be separated as well), bedside table, large cupboard, dressing table and plasma TV.
One bedroom has an ensuite luxury bathroom with toilet, bath, shower and vanity unit with double washbasin. The other bathroom can be accessed through the hall and has a toilet, shower, vanity unit with double washbasin and a sauna.
All 3 bedrooms have French doors to the south oriented garden (200m2).

CADRE DU LOGEMENT ET ACTIVITÉS

The house is perfectly located on the "Sonneberg" at a dead-end hilly road. The ski bus stops at ca.
200m and the Astiz gondola lift (at ca. 800m) will take you to the beautiful ski area of Saalbach/Hinterglemm/Leogang.
In time of good snow conditions, you can ski downhill at ca 100m from the apartment. The ski trails for cross-country skiing are at ca. 100m. The centre of Leogang is ca. 2,5 km away.

The house borders on to a walking area with several sign-posted roads for walkers and mountain bikers. At 800m, across from the Astiz gondola lift, lies Europe's largest bike park and in the direct surroundings are 6 golf courses. The charming cities Saalfelden (7 km) and Zell am See (20km) are close by.
Fun guaranteed for young and old, winter and summer.

Also in summer, Leogang is an excellent place to stay. There are 40 km of sign-posted walking tours, leading you far away from public roads. You will find special teaching tours and guided walks.

The tourist office in Leogang offers free walking maps. Activities such as river rafting, canyoning, paragliding, mountain biking and horse riding possible in the neighborhood. Tennis, swimming, playing ninepins or mini-golf are part of the possibilities as well.

Very interesting is the Golf Alpin-Pass, giving you access to 5 of the 33 golf courses in Salzburgerland, Tirol and Vorarlberg

Close to the Astiz gondola lift, lies the famous Leogang bike park, Europe's largest mountain bike park.
