DESCRIPTION & COMPOSITION

The mild climate and warm sunshine of the south side of the Alps provides the optimal condition for an undisturbed holiday. On a plot of 1,200 m² sits this house with apartment and beautiful garden. A southwestern location with balcony, outdoor furniture and beds are available. There is enough green space to unwind or simply move around. The house is situated in a quiet location yet very centrally located, only 150 meters from the center of the town. In the vicinity of the house there is a shopping center, bank and the St. Kathrein spa which has indoor swimming pools and an outdoor thermal spa pool. There is another thermal pool in the village- the Roman bath, which dates back to the Roman era. It is located at the entrance to the Kaiserburg chairlift train. From March to June and from late September to November you will receive an Inclusive Offer for the Bad Kleinkirchheim lift. All-Inclusive mountain spas weeks (all-inclusive means: the price of accommodation includes the ticket price for the mountain train and entrance fee to the thermal baths.)

This 4-room apartment is located on the first floor of the house. This fully-equipped 80 m² apartment for 7 to 8 persons has an anteroom; a kitchen with refrigerator and dishwasher; 3 separate bedrooms (one triple and two double rooms); a bathroom with a separate toilet; and a living room complete with fireplace, satellite TV and balcony. Bed, bath, table and kitchen linen are provided. Upon request you can get a crib or another bed for an eighth person.

Charge the peaks with the mountain train, relax at the 2 spas (Roman and St. Kathrein), play a round of golf (this 18-hole golf course is one of the most renowned in Austria) or enjoy the many family-oriented destinations of the Nockberge region. The tradition-rich holiday and health resort of Bad Kleinkirchheim offers 1,000 km of marked and groomed trails, over 40 well-prepared mountain-bike trails, 25 tennis courts and 2 riding arenas. Just about everything your heart desires! For the nature lover the Nockberge is sure to be a memorable experience. The 35 km long Nockalm Road is an extensive hiking area with a myriad of well-marked trails for cars, motorcyclists and cyclists. A trip to the city of Villach, with its many spectacular events and cultural highlights, is certainly worthwhile, as is the Porsche Museum in Gmünd, the Bonsai Museum and the Fisheries Museum in Seeboden with a 7,000 liter aquarium. Millstӓtter Lake or Ossiacher Lake are also excellent excursions.
